ESA's Rocket Science Blog describes how ESA engineers are continuing to monitor the radio signals sent from Venus Express. Although the spacecraft has solar power, its High Gain Antenna is not pointed at Earth, so it is unable to transmit any data back to Earth - this means no science data and no engineering data. It is expected to burn up in the atmosphere of Venus within the next few weeks.
